The tastiest curry ever?

I've had a little skim through some of my past posts... and amazingly, you probably wouldn't know i'm a bit of a foody (well you have to maintain curves don't you?!).

So i thought i'd share with you that i think i may have found the tastiest curry dish i've come across (so far.... need to keep trying these things!)

It's out of Rick Stein's Far East Odyssey book and it's called Amy's Nyonya Chicken.

Oh.... my ... god!

It's malaysian (be daring if you've only ever tried indian) and is aromatic, a fierce heat that mellows quite quickly is thick and unctious and just a delight to eat.

Hmm.... i could quite easily wiggle into the kitchen and get my apron on right now.... give it a whirl and if you need the recipe... just ask
