Slimming the HIP's

So it's almost official... HIP's are going to be suspended.

The end of the pointless Home Information Pack.  I often wondered why they got brought in... I mean, estate agents didn't want them, RICS didn't want them, the public didn't want them.  So who did?

If you ever saw them.... they had so little information in there of any value.  The only noteworthy thing was the printed energy report.  So you get a fridge style graph and thats it for the case of spending £500 or so.  Bargain!!!

So really.... a waste of time, a waste of cost for the consumer... and I can't think of a better way to rid 3,000 pointless taxpaying jobs from the economy.

Tatar HIP's..... and I thought a corset was the only way to trim and slim!!! ;-)
